Vic and Nigel arrived in India on 12th October 2004. We went to Delhi, Rajasthan, Mumbai, spent two months in Goa before moving on to Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and finally Agra in Uttar Pradesh.

We reached Sri Lanka on 7th February 2005 and stayed for a month. We visited Colombo, Kandy, Dambulla, Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa, Anuradhapura, Nuwara Eliya, Ella before returning to Colombo and Negombo.

We reached Thailand on 5th March 2005, and flew on from Bangkok to Koh Samui and Koh Phang Ngan.

Arrived in Siem Reap on 18th April. Spent 5 days there visiting the city and the temples complexes of Angkor.

During April 2005 we visited Luang Prabang in the north of Laos.

We flew from Luang Prabang in Laos to Chiang Mai, from there to Sukhothai, an ancient capital of Thailand and then down to Bangkok. From there we took the bus to Kanchanaburi to visit the famous Bridge over the River Kwai.

We flew to Penang and stayed for a few days in Georgetown, moving on to Batu Ferringhi. After a couple of days there we caught a ferry over to Langkawi, close to the Thai border for a week.

Arrived in LA on 15th January, staying near there for around a week before driving up to San Francisco. After a week there we caught the California Zephyr train to Chicago. Then we flew to Boston, which is where our flight back to the UK departed from.

Victoria & Nigel went to Bali and Singapore for their honeymoon, between 13th-31st October 2003.

Victoria & Nigel were married on 11th October 2003, at Marylebone Registry Office. The reception was held at the Sherlock Holmes Hotel on Baker Street. These were taken by Nigel and his brother, Nick.

There's a fantastic mural on the side of a house at the corner of Glenelg Road and Strathleven Road, Brixton SW2. Unfortunately, it has recently suffered some vandalism so I've taken some photos in case it is damaged further.

Visited Nigel's family up in Cleethorpes. On Sunday afternoon we went for a walk on the beach, only to be bombarded with snow and hail, and be battered by howling winds. Nice walk though!

Popped down to Brighton for the day. It was cold but we had a walk along the seafront.

As it was Vic's birthday, and we needed to buy our wedding rings, we had a day out in Brighton. After a long day shopping, we went down to the beach for a rest and I took a few photos. The light was lovely and the waves were crashing onto the shore, so I got a few good shots. On the way back we spotted a bargain in Allders window in Clapham Junction.

We finally got around to having our garden sorted out. I should have taken some "before" pictures, but I didn't. Here's what it looks like now (and it really is a vast improvement!). The work was done by Acme Landscaping.

For the second time this year, there is a warship in the dock at Canary Wharf. In fact, this time there are three; a British ship, HMS Cornwall; a German ship and a Portugese(?) ship.
